You dont get tired doing all the Bodybuilding Shows while you’re Traveling? The answer might surprise you.
I believe that Traveling as an IFBB PRO is a duty and a privilege.
This is how we grow Bodybuilding. Not by sitting at Home waiting for the next Show. We have to Inspire and Encourage younger People to believe in their Dreams. This is how I started and I still love it!

Story via tmz - Sean “Diddy” Combs has had an insane week behind bars ... and now things have gotten even crazier for him, because we’ve learned he was just transferred out of his New Jersey lockup.

We’re told Diddy is now at Federal Corrections Institution in Allenwood, Pennsylvania, a low-security prison.

The federal Bureau of Prisons tells TMZ ... Diddy was sent packing from FCI Fort Dix this morning ... after his medical emergency last Saturday when he was taken by ambulance to a facility for treatment.

Although the BOP didn’t give a reason for the transfer, Diddy had racked up a bunch of violations while he was a prisoner at Fort Dix. TMZ broke the story ... Diddy was written up by prison staff multiple times for phone violations and getting into fights. As a result, he was twice sent to the Special Housing Unit for rule-breaking inmates.

That said, it would seem Diddy is not being transferred because he’s a problem inmate. If that were the case, you’d think he would be transferred to a higher security prison, but Allenwood has the same level of security as Fort Dix. Therefore, it’s smelling like this may involve Diddy’s security behind bars.

Fort Dix has 4,000 inmates, and Allenwood has 1,000. Presumably that means it’ll be easier for guards to keep an eye on/protect Diddy.

Our sources say Diddy lost 41 days of good time credit, which can help inmates get released early, along with 400 days of commissary privileges. NBC News also reported Diddy allegedly had a contraband cellphone with nude photos, alcohol, massages, and fancy meals.

I understand that a lot of people are disappointed with Governor Adeleke of Osun State after seeing him dancing at the APC presidential campaign council inauguration. Your pain is valid, but instead of having regrets, beat your chest for standing for democracy and getting him re-elected in the face of oppression. Channel your strength and experience into supporting your candidate come 2027.

One thing I’ll always believe is that accountability matters just as much as growth.

I’m not perfect, and I’ve never claimed to be. I’ve made mistakes, hurt people without intending to, reacted in ways I’m not proud of, and had moments where I could’ve handled things better. I’m still learning, still growing, and still working on myself, just like everyone else.

But one thing I never want to lose is the willingness to look at myself honestly. If I’ve made a mistake, I want to be able to own it. If I’ve hurt someone, I want to take responsibility for my part. And when I’m given the opportunity to make things right, I want to have the humility to do so.

Growth isn’t just about talking about kindness, healing, or being a better person. It’s about being willing to recognize the moments when we fall short of those things, too.

I hope I never become so focused on who I’m trying to be that I stop being honest about who I am today. There will always be room for me to learn, to apologize, to do better, and to grow.

We can hold ourselves accountable without hating ourselves for being human. We can acknowledge our mistakes without letting them define us. And we can choose to do better without pretending we’ve always gotten it right.

The goal isn’t to be perfect. It’s to be honest enough to grow. 🤍
