For last nights dinner I used an emersion blender to made pumpkin spegetti sauce! It turned out really good :) I’ll be eatinf the same sauce tomorrow with Halloween shaped ravioli I got from Costco. They are in the shape of bats and pumpkin! I will say this sauce isn’t as healthy as you may think because it has butter and cream. I am not sure how much exactly 😅 I should have kept track of it but it’s a fair amount for sure
