I’m incredibly honored and excited to announce my verbal commitment to continue my athletic and academic career at the University of Michigan.

First, I’d like to thank my parents, brother, all of my teammates on NCAC, and my coaches for their constant support. I wouldn’t be where I am today without them. I’d also like to give a special thank you to Coach Brown, Coach DeSelm, and Coach Watts for always believing in me and helping me become the person and swimmer that I am today.

Finally, none of this would’ve been possible without Coach Matt, Coach Priscilla, and the entire coaching staff at the University of Michigan. I am incredibly grateful for this amazing opportunity, and I cannot wait to be a Michigan Wolverine! GO BLUE!! 〽️💙

For so much of my life, I didn’t understand why my mind worked differently. I spent years feeling misunderstood, trying to fit into a world that wasn’t always made for minds like mine. 🥹💖

But getting diagnosed with ADHD changed the way I saw myself. I started realizing that so many of the things I once thought were my weaknesses were actually some of my greatest strengths. My creativity, my imagination, my passion, my ability to dream big and see the world differently. 🦋✨

That’s why my song “ADHD” means so much to me. 💕 I wrote it with my beautiful friend @SiaMusic, and it came from such a personal and emotional place. We wanted to create something that celebrates our differences and reminds people that they don’t have to change who they are to be worthy of love, acceptance, and success. 🥹

Sharing a little behind-the-scenes magic from the music video directed by my incredibly talented friend @BrianZiff in honor of #ADHDAwarenessMonth. 💖

If there’s one thing I hope this song reminds you, it’s that you were never meant to fit into someone else’s idea of who you should be. You were meant to be YOU. And the things that make you different might just be the very things that make you extraordinary. 🌈✨

I also created an ADHD Toolkit filled with tips, tools, and resources that have helped me on my own journey, because I know how much it would have meant to my younger self to feel understood and know I wasn’t alone. You can find it at the link in my bio. 💕

To anyone who’s ever felt different, misunderstood, or like they were too much or not enough… I see you. I believe in you. And I hope you never stop seeing the magic in the way your mind works. 🥹🦋

Our minds aren’t something we need to apologize for. They’re something we deserve to celebrate. 💖✨
