When @mstinaknowles and @nealfarinah decide to randomly pop up at a salon in the UK, you just go with the flow 🤷🏽‍♀️😂 Thank you @amahairsalon for welcoming us in. This day was so special and full of laughs and love and of course, all things CÉCRED.

When people are looking for the most comfortable shoes to wear all day, the first thing they often look for is more cushioning. And yes, a little extra cushion can make a big difference, especially when you’re walking 20,000+ steps a day.

But before you add more cushion, take a look at the shape of your shoes.

If your toes are squeezed together all day, adding more padding underneath them isn’t necessarily going to solve the problem.

Switching to foot-shaped shoes was one of the best things I ever did for my feet. When your toes have room to spread and your feet can move more naturally, the muscles in your feet can actually do their job instead of being restricted by the shape of your shoes.

And if you’re not ready for a super-minimal barefoot shoe, you don’t have to choose between foot-shaped and cushioned. There are plenty of shoes that give you both.
