Rocking his Velocity shirt and MVP Hustle hat, this young athlete is already putting in serious work on the mound at just 9 years old!
Working with one of the top pitching coaches around at Persistent Athletes, we’re focusing on developing proper hip-to-shoulder separation, improving lower-half mechanics, and learning how to stay closed longer through his delivery.
There’s still some fine-tuning to do with his lower half, but for a 9-year-old, his mechanics and overall body awareness are looking impressive!
The goal isn’t just to throw harder today. It’s to build the proper foundation for long-term velocity, efficiency, and success on the mound.
