Border Patrol while attempting to re-enter the United States from Canada on Sept. 1. He was held in the Wayne County Jail in Michigan before recently being extradited to Atlanta. He faces felony murder, armed robbery and aggravated assault charges. Warhol.SS, born Zahair Myles, turned himself in to police on Sept. 14 in connection with the murder. He has been charged with felony murder, criminal attempt to commit a felony, armed robbery and aggravated assault.
The charges stem from an incident on April 25. Atlanta Police officers responded to a report of a person shot near Old Fourth Ward. Responding officers located a 29-year-old male victim with multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to a local hospital in critical but stable condition. However, he later succumbed to his wounds.

In December 1993, U.S. Army Sergeant Stephen Schap, 26, walked into his pregnant wife’s hospital room in Germany carrying the severed head of her lover, fellow soldier Gregory Glover, 21. He placed it on her bedside table and told her, “Look, Diane, Glover’s here. He’ll sleep with you every night, only you won’t sleep at night.” Diane was hospitalized due to pregnancy complications when the horrifying confrontation took place.

Schap had discovered that his wife, Diane, was pregnant and suspected the child was not his because he had previously undergone a vasectomy. After learning she was having an affair with his close friend, he tracked Glover to a payphone at Sickles Army Airfield in Fulda, Germany, where he st@bbed him repeatedly and decapitated him. Schap was convicted of premeditated m*rder at a court martial in April 1994 and sentenced to 45 years in prison after his confinement term was reduced. He was later released on parole.
