280lbs of 93/7 Canadian Beef 🥩 🇨🇦 😂 Fasted morning check in! That means no pump, no water & no food just straight out of bed! Day 15 of Building Season Very happy with the rebound so far other than day 9-12 I was pretty sick with cold and flu symptoms so I had to take a few days off the gym to make sure I could go back and be 100%. It sure was hard to stay away from the gym!! Day 13 I hit chest + shoulders & day 14 was Legs! Fantastic workouts and was so happy to be back! Coach @martin_winston_ has diet & everything dialed in and @zanewatson_ifbb has taken over my training which I’m super grateful for, it’s the push that I needed to take me to the next level! Today is a rest day and now @brittjstone and Jett caught the sickness…🤒👎🏼took Jett to the doctors and got him what he needed, getting some things done around the house and spending time with the Fam. Last Olympia video went live on my YT channel today and it’s again one of my favourites that we have ever dropped filmed and edited by @aph.visuals 👌🏼 Tomorrow is ARM DAY and I can’t Wait!! 💪🏼 What are you guys training?
Dodati i prstohvat soli. Kuhati uz miješanje još otprilike 5–10 minuta, dok se sve ne sjedini i dobije glatka karamel smjesa. (nastavak u komentaru) #trilece #recept #recipe #kuhanje #balkan
A little hair refresh - because we want to look our best, not just on stage 😉
Student protests have continued for a fifth day in Albania's capital Tirana as students gathered outside the Ministry of Education to continue to demonstrate against poor education facilities, rising living costs and alleged government corruption. The protests quickly turned violent with footage showing protesters throwing molotov cocktails towards police. In response, riot police have clashed with the protesters, using tear gas and water cannons to disperse them. The protesters have demanded the resignation of the country's Prime Minister Edi Rama, but he is reported to be resisting demands to step down. Tap the link in @BBCNews’s bio to find out more about the protests.

I want to grow old with Bella and watch Ayden & Ara chase their dreams. We can’t predict tomorrow, but we can plan for it. Cinta itu janji. Menjaga masa depan keluarga, amanah saya. #growingoldtogether
