It just made me even more intentional about how I nourish myself.
More protein. More variety. More listening to what my body actually needs.
And somehow, it also made everyone else a lot more curious about what’s on my plate. 😅

Es ist wirklich so nervig man sagt immer, dass Veganer Anfang über sich zu erzählen, aber es ist immer umgekehrt. Es fängt schon damit an, wenn jemand zum Beispiel auf der Arbeit dich frägt, was man zum Essen dabei hat dann sagt man was es ist und dann fangen wir an, alle Ernährungsexperte zu sein.
