three months ago, I was in an accident that turned my world upside down. literally. the uber I was in rolled over on the expressway and in that moment, I thought I was going to die.

although i walked away with minimal physical injuries, the mental battle was just beginning. I didn’t trust my body anymore and I moved through life with fear. so I didn’t run for five weeks, which isn’t exactly ideal in the middle of a marathon training cycle.

I started questioning whether I should even run this marathon. maybe i should just defer it again but I tried my best to give myself grace, take things one day at a time and slowly build my mileage back up. I also shifted my focus from chasing a time goal to making my 10th marathon a celebration of life.

but the marathon will always remind you to respect the distance. I started off feeling strong, but as the pain kicked in, so did the flashbacks and self-doubt. My mind went back to the moment in the last slide. I decided to focus on making it to the cheer stations and drawing energy from the people I saw along the course. I kept reminding myself that even though i’m still not 100% after the accident, I am strong, capable and safe.

I fought hard to get to that finish line and tried my best to keep smiling all the way there.

thank you to everyone who showed me so much love and support throughout this incredibly hard summer and on race day. especially my @bandit @run @chingonasrunchicago_ @ethostrainingchi and gatos fam. y’all got me to that finish line and i’ll never forget it.

now, it’s time to rest. maybe for a long time. 💕

Comment “Community” and I’ll send you the link and prompt to set up all five connectors. Stop asking Claude to explain the work. Give it the tools to actually do it.

🔎 1. Perplexity — Your research analyst
Bring live web research directly into Claude to investigate competitors, compare products, and find answers backed by sources.
Try: “Research my 5 biggest competitors and find gaps in their offers.”

🔥 2. Firecrawl — Turn websites into usable data
Extract pricing, product details, and content from websites without manually copying and pasting everything.
Try: “Pull the pricing and features from these competitor websites into a comparison table.”

🖥️ 3. Playwright — Give Claude control of a browser
Let Claude navigate pages, click buttons, fill forms, and test website flows instead of just telling you what to click.
Try: “Test my website’s signup flow and report anything broken or confusing.”

📈 4. Composio — Connect all your tools
Easily connect every single app or tool that you use on a daily basis, directly in your cloud, so that it can have access to your technology stack and actually get work done for you
Try: “Help me connect to all the different tools that I use every single day.”

🦔 5. PostHog — Understand what’s happening in your product
Ask Claude questions about your analytics, investigate errors, and manage feature flags without constantly jumping into another dashboard.
Try: “Analyze my signup funnel, identify the biggest drop-off, and suggest what to investigate first.”
