Comment “KNEE” for my FREE Knee Stability Routine!

If you’re dealing with knee pain, don’t just focus on your knees. Your ankles and feet play an important role too.

Strengthening the muscles around your knees, ankles and feet helps improve stability, balance and control when you walk, run or squat.

Your feet and ankles help control how your legs move and how forces are transferred through your knees. Improving their strength and stability can help your knees handle everyday movements better and may reduce knee pain.

Try these 6 exercises regularly, stay within a pain free range and focus on building strength over time.

Follow me for more daily mobility and strength tips!

🍂 Crispy Gochujang Beef over Miso Butternut Squash Purée 🍯🌶️

INGREDIENTS

🎃 Miso Butternut Squash Purée

* 1 medium-large butternut squash (2–2½ lbs)
* 1 tbsp olive oil
* 4 garlic cloves
* 2 tbsp butter
* 2 tbsps white miso paste
* 2–3 tbsp heavy cream
* Salt & pepper

🥩 Crispy Gochujang Beef

* 1 lb ground beef
* 2 tbsp gochujang
* 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
* 1 tbsp rice vinegar
* 1 tbsp honey
* 3 garlic cloves, minced
* 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
* 1 tsp sesame oil

🧅 Quick-Pickled Scallions

* 1 bunch scallions
* ¼ cup rice vinegar
* ¼ cup warm water
* 1 tsp sugar
* ½ tsp salt

✨ For Topping

* ⅓ cup roasted & salted pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
* Reserved scallion greens
* 2–3 tbsp hot honey
* chili crisp

INSTRUCTIONS

1️⃣ Roast the squash: Preheat oven to 425°F. Peel and cube squash, toss with olive oil, garlic cloves, salt & pepper. Roast 25–35 minutes until tender and caramelized.

2️⃣ Pickle the scallions: Separate scallion whites from greens. Thinly slice whites and combine with rice vinegar, warm water, sugar & salt. Let pickle for at least 20 minutes. Thinly slice greens for topping.

3️⃣ Make the purée: Blend roasted squash and garlic with butter, miso paste, and heavy cream until silky smooth. Add cream as needed and season to taste.

4️⃣ Crisp the beef: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef, pressing into an even layer. Cook undisturbed 4–5 minutes until deeply browned. Flip, cook another 2–3 minutes, then break into crumbles. Drain excess grease.

5️⃣ Add the sauce: Whisk together gochujang, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, ginger & sesame oil. Pour over beef and cook another 2–4 minutes until sticky, caramelized, and crispy around the edges.

6️⃣ Assemble: Spread a generous layer of squash purée onto plates, pile crispy gochujang beef on top, and finish with pickled scallion whites, fresh scallion greens, roasted salted pumpkin seeds, chili crisp, and a drizzle of hot honey!

Shilpa Shetty ❤️‍🔥

Shilpa Shetty is widely celebrated for her dedication to health, ageless stamina, and disciplined lifestyle. Her fitness philosophy blends traditional practices with modern training methods to achieve overall physical and mental well-being.

Key Pillars of Shilpa Shetty’s Workout Routine

Holistic Yoga & Asanas

Yoga is the core foundation of her daily routine. She frequently shares flows focusing on strength, flexibility, and breath control—such as Surya Namaskar, Sarvangasana (shoulder stand) variations, Gatyatmak Anjaneyasana, and core-balancing poses. Her yoga practices emphasize mental clarity, posture alignment, and deep mobility.

Functional & Strength Training

To maintain muscle tone and functional strength, she incorporates compound movements, bodyweight exercises, squats, lunges, and occasional equipment or resistance work. Her routines frequently target total-body mobility—such as transitions between planks, squats, and core-activating movements.

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) & Cardio

For fat loss, endurance, and stamina, she relies on dynamic bodyweight HIIT and Tabata-style circuits. These fast-paced routines help keep her metabolism high without requiring heavy gym equipment.

Mobility & Flexibility Challenges

Shilpa frequently emphasizes functional longevity, sharing routines and challenges focused on joint health, ankle and hip mobility, and balance (such as floor-transition flows and core stability exercises).

Fitness Philosophy

Her approach—often promoted via her wellness initiatives and programs—centers on consistency rather than crash dieting. She advocates for sustainable lifestyle choices encapsulated by her signature mantra, “Swasth Raho, Mast Raho” (Stay healthy, stay happy).
