We had the incredible honor of returning to Cal State LA to cater their Federal Credit Union's Annual Meeting!
For two hours, our family served our signature chargrilled and fresh raw oysters. Seeing guests experience our oysters for the first time and hearing how much everyone enjoyed them made the evening truly special!
This marks our SECOND catering event with Cal State LA this year, following their inaugural LA Car Show back in April!
But our journey with these connections began in 2024, when we participated as food vendors at a golf tournament. That's where we first met Cal State LA President Dr. Berenecea Johnson Eanes and her colleagues!
With her personal connection to Louisiana, Dr. Eanes wanted to see if our oysters were the real deal! Hearing her praise our authentic Louisiana-style flavors was a moment we'll never forget!
Fast-forward two years, and we're incredibly grateful to see how hard work, genuine relationships, and a passion for great food have opened new doors for our father-and-son family business.
A heartfelt THANK YOU to Dr. Eanes, the incredible event coordinators, our Red's Oyster Bar team, and everyone who continues to support our oyster movement! Thank you for welcoming us back and allowing us to create another unforgettable experience!
