Last night, I co-hosted a @claudeai Community Build Day by Anthropic in partnership with @elevenlabs for Mental Health.

This was such a great initiative just ahead of World Mental Health Day featured on @luma_hq New York! We had 80 incredible clinicians, investors, founders, and engineers who spent an evening at @fabriksocialspaces building for mental health.

Thank you to Omer Golan @realomgo and Tal Golan from @mywhatiforg - a mental health non-profit organization who joined us for the evening!

Watching everyone’s passion and inspiration was truly inspiring for me, and reminded me of why we had discussed about organizing this event with Prasanna, @gargabhay06, @brandonslicklein and Kim! Thank you to @j.ai.son for being such a great mentor to all the teams during this Build Day!

The concept was “safe by design” — anything touching a patient had to have guardrails. Twelve teams demoed and some of my favourites were:

🤝 Tend: A peer-support app with Solo and Together modes — AI companion, daily check-ins, sound baths, and peer circles with a community health worker in the loop. “Healing is easier with people who get it.” @asvalife @jaison_j_

🔬Trial Finder: A clinical-trial finder that surfaces mental-health trials patients never hear about and rewrites the listings in plain language.

🩺 ClinIQ — an autonomous clinical prelude, scribe, and CBT guardrail built around the four gaps in every adolescent mental health visit.

📈 In Between — a between-visit dashboard that tracks mood, anxiety, and energy alongside passive behavioral signals, so clinicians see what actually happened since the last appointment. @dr.viddy

📞 Ava — a voice assistant (built on ElevenLabs) that checks patients in for behavioral-health visits — identity, insurance, “since your last visit” — so the clinician’s time goes to the patient, not the paperwork.

💊 Toxic to Tolerable — ACEs-informed family therapy that keeps working between sessions, with an AI agent coaching a teen and both separated parents toward one shared care plan. @chethans
