In September 2026, our scholars in South Sudan, Kenya, Uganda, and Ethiopia received $300 each in living allowances for the three-month semester. This support helps them meet everyday needs while continuing their education.
At PASS USA, we know that a university education requires more than tuition. Alongside covering our scholars’ full-year tuition, we provide living allowances, accommodation, learning materials, and other essential educational support.
Every scholar deserves the chance to keep learning, complete their degree, and build a future of their own choosing.
We invite the global community, international partners, and education advocates to stand with us. Together, we can help more young people stay in university and turn their aspirations into reality.
