Today, PASS USA launches "Protect Her Education", a month long digital fundraising and advocacy campaign focused on one simple truth: every girl deserves the opportunity to continue her education and shape her own future. Across South Sudan, Uganda, Kenya, and Ethiopia, early and forced marriage can interrupt a girl’s education and limit the opportunities ahead of her. This October 1–31, we’re working to raise $100,000 to support our scholarship program for young people pursuing higher education. Because keeping a girl in school is about more than a classroom. It is about choice, opportunity, dignity, and the freedom to build a future on her own terms. Protect her education. Protect her future. 🎯 Campaign Goal: $100,000 📅 October 1–31, 2026 🌍 South Sudan • Uganda • Kenya • Ethiopia Give today. Support the mission. Help close the funding gap. For decades, our co-founder, Fran, stood in classrooms and watched young people learn, grow, discover their potential, and imagine their futures. He understands what education can make possible, and what can be lost when a girl is denied that opportunity. For too many girls, early and forced marriage can interrupt their education and change the course of their lives. This October, through our Protect Her Education campaign, PASS USA is calling on individuals, philanthropists, faith-based organisations, foundations, businesses, and communities to stand with girls and help them stay in school. 🎥 Watch Fran’s message. 💙 Protect her education. Today, on United Nations Day, we recognize the work of the United Nations in bringing countries and communities together to advance peace, education, equality, human rights, and opportunity. We especially recognize the work that continues to expand opportunities for women and girls, strengthen access to education, and support communities around the world. At PASS USA, we share that commitment to education and opportunity. This October, our Protect Her Education campaign is helping keep higher education within reach for young women. Today, we celebrate the global work of the United Nations and everyone contributing to a more inclusive future. Support our mission: https://pass.reachapp.co/donations/new by @_passofficial
Kamisa’s words capture a reality many young women face: having the determination to pursue higher education, but facing financial barriers that can make the journey difficult to sustain. Her dreams did not become smaller because resources were limited. With the right support, a student can keep learning, meet essential needs, and continue moving toward graduation. Through Protect Her Education, PASS USA is raising $100,000 to support its scholarship program and help young women continue their education. On International Day for the Eradication of Poverty, we recognize the financial barriers that can force young women to put their education and dreams on hold. Through Protect Her Education, PASS USA is raising $100,000 to help South Sudanese young women stay in school and pursue higher education. This funding supports more than tuition, helping address essential needs such as accommodation, learning materials, transportation, research, and living support. We need the global community to help close the gap. Corporations. Foundations. Philanthropists. Development partners. Diaspora communities. Individuals. Help us reach our goal and keep her education within reach: https://pass.reachapp.co/donations/new by @_passofficial
On International Day of Rural Women, we recognize the strength, resilience, and potential of women and girls across South Sudan, including those growing up in rural communities where access to education can be limited. For a young woman, her village should not determine whether she gets to finish school, pursue higher education, or build the future she envisions. That is why Protect Her Education matters. Through this campaign, we are raising funds to help South Sudanese young women stay in education and move closer to the futures they are working for. Today, stand with the women and girls of South Sudan. Help protect her education: https://pass.reachapp.co/donations/new by @_passofficial
Every girl has a dream. But for some, the biggest question is whether they’ll ever get the chance to live it. Some girls are forced to leave school. Others face pressure to marry before they are ready. And many have to fight harder than they should just to get an education. It shouldn’t have to be this way. This International Day of the Girl Child, Arezet, our Female Student Coordinator, joins us in recognising the importance of creating a future where every girl has the chance to thrive. Let’s do more than celebrate girls. Let’s show up for them in ways that make a real difference. Through our Protect Her Education campaign, PASS USA is raising funds to support scholarships for young people, especially young women, across South Sudan, Uganda, Kenya, and Ethiopia. Your donation could help a girl stay in school and give her more room to choose what her future looks like. Help us protect her education. This International Day of the Girl Child, we stand for every girl whose future is still being written. A girl should not have to choose between her education and the expectations placed on her. She should have the freedom to learn, grow, dream, and decide what her future looks like. Early and forced marriage can take that choice away too soon. We must do more to keep girls in school and open the doors to opportunity. Through Protect Her Education, PASS USA is raising funds to support its scholarship program for young people especially young women across South Sudan, Uganda, Kenya, and Ethiopia. Let her be a girl. Let her learn. Let her dream. Let her future remain hers. In September 2026, our scholars in South Sudan, Kenya, Uganda, and Ethiopia received $300 each in living allowances for the three-month semester. This support helps them meet everyday needs while continuing their education. At PASS USA, we know that a university education requires more than tuition. Alongside covering our scholars’ full-year tuition, we provide living allowances, accommodation, learning materials, and other essential educational support. Every scholar deserves the chance to keep learning, complete their degree, and build a future of their own choosing. We invite the global community, international partners, and education advocates to stand with us. Together, we can help more young people stay in university and turn their aspirations into reality. #PASSUSA #HigherEducation #StudentSupport #EducationForAll by @_passofficial
At 13, Arezet faced the possibility of marriage when she should have been in school. She later fled to Kakuma Refugee Camp, carrying her dream of education with her. A PASS USA scholarship helped her continue that journey. Today, she is a third-year Medical student at the University of Juba and serves as Head of Female Student Coordinators, supporting other young women pursuing education. Her story shows what can happen when a girl gets the chance to stay in school. Protect her education. Protect her choice. Through Protect Her Education, PASS USA is raising funds to support its scholarship program across South Sudan, Uganda, Kenya, and Ethiopia. This World Teachers’ Day, we celebrate the teachers, lecturers, professors, and educators who have shaped our lives and believed in what we could become. For PASS USA’s co-founder, Fran Roby, that belief began in the classroom. His passion for teaching and education eventually inspired the creation of PASS USA. Today, that same commitment continues through the scholars whose education we are working to protect. Our goal is simple: help more young women stay in school, complete their education, and reach graduation. Through Protect Her Education Campaign, we are raising $100,000 to support the PASS USA Scholarship Program across South Sudan, Uganda, Kenya, and Ethiopia. To every teacher who has helped a student believe in her future: thank you. Help a scholar stay on her path to graduation: https://pass.reachapp.co/donations/new #WorldTeachersDay #ProtectHerEducation #PASSUSA #GirlsEducation #EducationWithoutBarriers by @_passofficial
