Peterburgda migrantlarga taqiqlar

Rossiyaning Sankt-Peterburg shahrida migrantlarga sartaroshxona, do‘kon va fitnes-klublarda ishlash taqiqlandi.

Shahar ma’muriyati mehnat patentiga ega chet elliklarning tibbiyot, sartaroshlik xizmatlari, kosmetologiya, chakana savdo hamda jismoniy tarbiya sohalarida ishlashini taqiqladi. Mazkur taqiq 2026-yil oxirigacha amal qiladi.

Ta’kidlanishicha, ushbu cheklovlar “xufiyona bandlikka qarshi kurashish” uchun zarur. Ammo bu tartib Yevroosiyo iqtisodiy ittifoqiga a’zo davlatlar —Belarus, Qozog‘iston, Armaniston, Qirg‘iziston fuqarolariga hamda ishlash ruxsatnomasiga ega chet elliklarga tatbiq etilmaydi.

Ma’lumot uchun, 2025-yilda taksi haydovchilari va kuryerlar uchun ham shunday taqiq joriy etilgandi.

Ta’kidlash joiz, Rossiya hukumati 2024-yil mart oyida Moskva oblastidagi Crocus City Hall’da sodir etilgan teraktdan so‘ng migratsiya siyosatini qat’iylashtira boshladi. Xususan, nikoh orqali soddalashtirilgan tartibda Rossiyada yashash guvohnomasini olish cheklandi, mamlakatdan chiqarib yuborishning yangi tartibi tasdiqlandi hamda rus tilini bilmaydigan migrantlarning farzandlarini maktablarga qabul qilish taqiqlandi.

So this happened…
Thanks for sending @nassarshabo

Why is that?

Traditional Mongolian wrestlers are a good example of what happens when modern life removes fewer of the inputs male physiology actually needs.

Constant movement. Hard physical work. Lots of time outdoors. A diet built around meat, dairy, eggs, organs and fermented foods. Very little ultra-processed food. And staying relatively lean.

That combination supports insulin sensitivity, muscle mass, metabolic health and a better hormonal environment.

It’s not one “testosterone food.” It’s the entire lifestyle working together.

Modern men often do the opposite: sit all day, gain body fat, eat processed food, sleep poorly, then wonder why their hormones suffer.

Comment “GUIDE” and I’ll send you my full testosterone framework for free.
