30 Reloads DF Exercise Video is one of the most effective diagnostic tools you have in training. Use it. I’m extremely critical of my own performance in dry fire. What I think I’m doing and what I’m actually doing need to be identical. Video removes the guesswork. It exposes inefficiencies, unnecessary movement, and mistakes that you might otherwise never recognize. The objective is simple: Maximum efficiency. Absolute precision. Repeatable execution. For this reload, every part of the sequence needs to be deliberate and refined. The eyes move to the correct location at the earliest opportunity and return to the target at precisely the right moment. No wasted movement. No unnecessary time. Every action has a purpose. Once the mechanics are technically correct, it’s time to build consistency under pressure. The standard: * 30 consecutive reloads * 10-yard scaled USPSA Classic target * RPE of 8.0 * 100% technical consistency Start at one and work toward 30. One missed or unacceptable reload and you start over at one. The real work starts when you’re 20-plus repetitions deep without a mistake. Now there’s something to lose. The pressure becomes real, and your ability to maintain technical precision gets tested. Speed without consistency isn’t mastery. It’s occasional performance. The objective isn’t to demonstrate that you can execute one fast reload. It’s to establish that you own the skill, can reproduce it on demand, and can maintain that standard when the pressure increases. This was an obvious issue for me on 99-10 El President yesterday. Stop counting repetitions that don’t meet the standard. You’re not developing skill by reinforcing mistakes, you’re learning from each mistake but the goal needs to be repeatability. Technical precision first. Consistency second. Aggression always. Train hard. Stack the odds.

Letter S of swimming A-Z in the South West 🏞 A slice of heaven can be found in these pools in North Dartmoor! 💙 It even comes with it's own waterslide and is surrounded by lush woodland and moor 🌿 Although be warned, the water is freezing 😆 Letter S is for... Shilley Pool ⬇️ For the rest of 2026 I will be doing the alphabet wild swim challenge to try and push myself to get outdoors even more and discover new swim spots 💙 Keep an eye out for more! - 21 to go 🩵 • • • • #wildswimming #devonoutdoors #coldwaterdip #dartmoornationalpark #southwestuk
