⚾️ College Commitment ⚾️
Congratulations to another college commit from our Self Made Showcase Team and our 2027 graduating class!
2027 INF Brody Stoffan has officially committed to continue his academic and athletic career at Hood College!
This one is a little extra special for our Self Made family. Brody is one of our original players, joining the program when he was just 10 years old on one of the very first teams we formed. Eight years later, he is still wearing the Self Made uniform and is now preparing to take his game to the collegiate level.
Brody is the epitome of what Self Made Baseball is all about. From the very beginning, he has been a true competitor who brings confidence, determination, and a willingness to do whatever is best for his team. Whether playing different positions on the diamond or being asked to take on a different role, Brody has always been coachable and willing to do what was needed to help his team succeed.
One thing that has never changed about Brody is his competitive nature. He is the type of player who leaves everything he has on the field, whether it’s practice or game day. If you watched Brody play, there was one thing you could almost always count on. He was going to walk off that field as the dirtiest player on either team. That alone tells you everything you need to know about the way he plays the game. A fierce competitor with tremendous upside, Brody has a way of making things happen on the diamond. He is the type of player you want in your lineup when the game is on the line.
Watching Brody grow over the past eight years, not only as a baseball player but into the young man he is today, has been something special. From one of our youngest original players to earning the opportunity to play college baseball, his journey represents exactly what we hoped to build when Self Made first started.
Everyone at Self Made is extremely proud of Brody and everything he has accomplished. Thank you for being part of this journey from the very beginning. We look forward to watching you continue your academic and baseball career at Hood College!
