$When your friend offers you one of the most coveted backpacking permits in the country, you drop everything and say YES! Every year, roughly 40,000 people enter the lottery for an overnight permit in Washington’s Enchantments, and only a small fraction get lucky. Scoring one during peak larch season? Basically the outdoorsy jackpot. Can’t thank @michaelmatti enough for the invite. Thanks for helping me check this hike off my bucket list. 😮‍💨✨$

my #hustlehard audition tape that made my way to be part of GRooVe (Adult Division Performance Team)💚♾️ @grvdnc

full circle moment when I was in GRade AP and I watched GRooVe rehearse their recent piece, I thought to myself, "wow i want to be performing with them.. they're so cool.." LITTLE DID I KNOW that i will now be a part of their team. what a dream ❤️‍🩹

THANK YOUUU @ethanestandian @aidanprinceofficial and @marcadizon for the mentorship and guidance during my times in GRade AP (training/performance team) and will carry it on to this team. 🙏 If I told myself a few months ago that I'd be learning from you guys, I wouldn't have believed it!! thank you for believing that I have the potential. I'm grateful that this team not only served as a training ground for me but it had open doors to keep believing in your full potential. ive made plenty of friends and has marked a special place in my heart. 💖

Looking back in my beginning years in dancing, from learning the fundamentals and techniques to honing my skills in modern dance like hiphop, i won't forget my mentors and your good reco @gforce_sherwin @_jamonmartin @gforce_janell. thank you for always believing in me ❤️🙏 miss you!!

finally and most importantly, thank you to @glitterdix and @airdodoy for being my biggest supporters and transporting me during training days 🥰❤️

Did you know that healthy women can grow new eggs at any age? Let me know your thoughts below!
.
Research shows that the whole concept of menopause and freezing eggs is obsolete. We know that women do NOT have a finite number of eggs. In contrast, it is only in rare cases that the number of eggs is the limiting factor in a pregnancy. In reality, it’s the ovarian context, influenced by nutrition and lifestyle choices, that primarily limits the ability to get and stay pregnant later in life, backed by evidence. That’s also why female fertility factors are so sensitive to nutrition and metabolic health status.
However, this is by no means a recommendation to wait until the last day to have your first child. But it should take the pressure off you in the sense that it is not necessary to commit to a non-ideal partner because you feel obligated by time constraints.
