My main account @iamyouandyouareme has been disabled by Instagram yesterday. I haven't blocked anyone, and I haven't violated any community guidelines. I have submitted an appeal, and it says that if my account has been following community guidelines it will be reactivated, otherwise it will be permanently deleted.

I have searched solutions on YouTube and I have found that I am not alone in this, but no one posts about how they actually retrieved their accounts. I have posted this video, even if it's only been 24 hours, because I have encountered people who have their accounts still on review even after weeks and months. I believe our accounts are checked by automated AI checkers, so human help would be so much appreciated.

This has been my account since 2014, and there's so much sentimental content stored in it.

If anyone can help me retrieve this account, or if any one of you is connected to Meta, please contact me, help me. Thank you very much!
