Getting to bring people together through work I care about. 🤭🩷
On October 1, we hosted “Belonging by Design: Creating Spaces Where Everyone Can Participate” as part of the free Community Workshop Series provided by @weareangelcity
Thank you to @eastersealssocal for helping us shape the workshop and leading an experience centered on disability, neurodiversity, and inclusive design.
Together, we explored how the spaces we create, how we interact, and the systems we build shape whether people feel welcome, supported, and able to participate.
One of my favorite parts of this work is bringing LA community leaders together to learn from our partners and one another, then take those lessons back to their communities.
These photos caught a little of the joy that comes with it. 🩷
