Can we want to be fitter, stronger and healthier AND still want to be thinner?

Or have we reached an age where we’re not supposed to say that out loud?

Genuinely curious what you think.

Also standardised clothing sizes are a relatively recent phenomenon, the last 100 years or so. clothing for “thin”WOMEN used less material, time and other resources in mass production. Therefor saying “I am a size 8 “really just means “ 1.85 metres of cloth was used to make my dress”. Thank you for coming to my ted talk.

Mina I could go on all day but suffice to say you can be and call yourself whatever you feel is you. I personally believe “thin” to be a patriarchal set up, a marketing ploy if you will. It was a strategy designed as a standard to achieve in order to sell to women once they started to control their own finances. Market diets, standardised clothing sizes, market an idea, a lifestyle ie “thin”- this could be you being a thin woman getting out of a limousine in Monaco!!! All is possible if you are thin!’!!
