Comment “Balance” to get the episode link straight into your DMs. You can have a good job, a family, good health and so much to be grateful for — and still feel like something isn’t right. So what are we missing? Neerja Birla, founder of The Aditya Birla Education Trust and Mpower, breaks wellbeing down into four buckets: physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual. The interesting part is that we often pour everything into one area of our lives while the others quietly get neglected. A simple question to ask yourself: which of your four buckets have you been feeding, and which one have you been ignoring? Also catch the full conversation on YouTube and Spotify.
Cape Town’s SWAT and Drone Unit have arrived 🚨👏 Highly skilled SWAT and drone teams are now ready to help SAPS tackle gang violence, extortion and violent crime. Next up, we will build a Metro Police Detective Unit and keep fighting for the power to investigate crime so we can make Cape Town safer for all.

Comment READY and let’s work on your core + pelvic floor as a SYSTEM 👏🤍 MLAM Full Body, Core, & Pelvic Floor – Showdown Edition is 25% OFF now & we start together MONDAY!! Pelvic Floor education is dropping in the community TODAY! Women are inside already learning Breathing, Alignment, Pressure Management, and Positional breathing Want better pelvic floor function?? Stop looking ONLY at your pelvic floor. 👀 Your thoracic spine and rib cage play a HUGE role in how well you breathe, manage pressure, and ultimately… how well your core + pelvic floor can do their jobs. When you inhale, your rib cage should expand as your diaphragm descends and your pelvic floor responds with it. Then as you exhale, those ribs come back down and in while your deep core + pelvic floor respond too. They’re a TEAM. 👏 So if your upper back and rib cage are stiff and barely moving, it can change the way you breathe and manage pressure through that entire system. THIS is why I’m always telling y’all… we can’t just squeeze our pelvic floor harder and expect that to solve everything. 😅 Kegels can have a place (depending on the person). But your pelvic floor also needs to lengthen, respond to pressure, and coordinate with everything around it. And sometimes helping your pelvic floor starts somewhere you wouldn’t expect… like getting your thoracic spine MOVING. 🙌 Comment READY and I’ll send you 25% OFF my MLAM Challenge where I show you how we put all of this together. This round also has $101,000+ in CASH PRIZES up for grabs & our LIVE Kickoff Call is THIS FRIDAY at 1pm CT!! I'd be honored to have you 🤍 Let’s goooo!! 🔥 #pelvicfloor #core #postpartum #thoracicmobility #womenshealth
