Well shit.......... you're about to race in Kona 🫣🫣🫣 who would have thought about 5 years ago when I took you into the bike shop in a moon boot having never rode a bike and watched you crawl your way down the pool for 50m nearly dying that we would be here today 🤣

Here we are...... Tomorrow is the big dance! 🌺🌴🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️ 🏃‍♂️🕺

What a whirlwind of a year it's been!!! Months of early mornings, endless training hours, hard work and sacrifices and now finally it's your time ❤️

We are so incredibly proud of you babe and your dedication and now you get to race against the best in the world in the most amazing place.

The kids and I can’t wait to cheer you on out there. Enjoy every moment, soak it all up and give it everything you’ve got! You’ve earned this, now in the words of Nate go smash it Jark 🤣❤️
