Melbourne Mara - 2:46:02 🔔 14th overall

What a day! What an event! @melbmara never disappoints and the field this year was so strong! Mentally a really tough day for me and missed the goal but super happy to be able to hold on and finish strong for a PB.

Weekend of PB's and amazing runs @jake.townsend_81 @clappy86 @jackreis_ all smashed it!

Ballarat Marathon - 2:46:47🔔 5th overall

@ballaratmarathon certainly did not disappoint. Such an amazing event and privileged to share the road with such a quality field this year.

Super proud of this one and the work we put in.

Ballarat Marathon 🥈2:48:38

Hit my A goal ✅ with a 3min PB and could not be happier!

When my coach @matras_man @run2pb suggested this race we looked at the course and the conditions and thought why not! He certainly was not wrong! What an amazing location.

@ballaratmarathon has quickly become one of my favorite marathon events. It's all the little things the race organisers and @stevemoneghetti thought about that made all the difference. From bib collection, the flow of the course, drink stations, pacers, starting and finishing chutes, every detail was really thought about from the runners perspective. The course and location itself were amazing and the local support was next level. I can't wait for next year!!

Congrats on @ellamccartney__ on first place and @kelemmo for making me fight so hard for that second place! Totally surrounded by running royalty and best of luck for western states!

It was one hell of a week with @jake.townsend_81 crashing his bike so to pull this one off for the both us meant a whole lot more. Always in my corner and forever grateful for you xx

My first experience with sports integrity which was certainly interesting..... talk about stage fright 😂

Hawaii you were something else. Some of the best moments we’ve had. Such a wholesome and much needed holiday together. Started at Kona for the Ironman , on to Maui and then finished off in Honolulu 🏝️

I’m proud to say I’ve eaten more burgers in the last two weeks than my entire life ha ha….

All good things come to an end........ Final Stop Honolulu 🌴🌴

Maui would be hard to top for anywhere in the world and although I can't say Waikīkī is really our cup of tea venturing outside of the hustle and bustle and exploring we found some amazing places throughout the island.

Food Tour really kicked up a notch and the shaved ice ticked all the boxes 🍧

The hotel room does seem to be getting smaller by the day...... we are ready to head home and have some loving space 🤣🤣

The most amazing few weeks spent with the best people ❤️ our cups are full 😊

🌺 IRONMAN WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS 2026 🌺

What an amazing experience to be part of the biggest day in ironman!

The atmosphere, the energy, the heat.... all hit levels I didn't ever expect. I said to Jake as soon as we stepped off the plane, people can try and tell you what this is like but it's not until you are here that you actually understand.

So incredibly proud of Jake for earning his place on the start line alongside the best in the world and being
able to experience it with the kids and the rest of the gang made it even more special. I have a feeling it won't be our first and only time on the big island 🏝️ by @jesslwillis84

Well shit.......... you're about to race in Kona 🫣🫣🫣 who would have thought about 5 years ago when I took you into the bike shop in a moon boot having never rode a bike and watched you crawl your way down the pool for 50m nearly dying that we would be here today 🤣

Here we are...... Tomorrow is the big dance! 🌺🌴🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️ 🏃‍♂️🕺

What a whirlwind of a year it's been!!! Months of early mornings, endless training hours, hard work and sacrifices and now finally it's your time ❤️

We are so incredibly proud of you babe and your dedication and now you get to race against the best in the world in the most amazing place.

The kids and I can’t wait to cheer you on out there. Enjoy every moment, soak it all up and give it everything you’ve got! You’ve earned this, now in the words of Nate go smash it Jark 🤣❤️
