I’m reposting one of my FAVORITE recipes because we have so many new faces here! 🥹❤️ If you haven’t tried this creamy, spicy, low-carb ramen yet, THIS IS YOUR SIGN!! 🤤 Ingredients: 1 tbsp avocado oil ½ white onion, sliced 3 cloves garlic, minced 4 cups @kettleandfire chicken bone broth 1 cup mushrooms, sliced 2 cups bok choy, chopped 2 servings low-carb ramen noodles 2 eggs 2 tbsp mayonnaise 1–2 tbsp sriracha Salt & black pepper, to taste Toppings: Sliced green onions Cooked pork belly Chili oil Directions: 1️⃣ Heat avocado oil in a pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and sauté until fragrant. 2️⃣ Add chicken bone broth, mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5–7 minutes. 3️⃣ Add bok choy and low-carb ramen noodles. Cook according to the package directions. 4️⃣ In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, and a ladle of hot broth until smooth and creamy. 5️⃣ Slowly stir the creamy mixture into the soup. Add the eggs and cook until they reach your preferred doneness. 6️⃣ Pour into bowls and top with green onions, pork belly, and a drizzle of chili oil. 🍜🔥 7️⃣ Grab your chopsticks and ENJOY!
