Comment “NEST”and we’ll send you all the info! We traveled full-time for over a year across North America, Europe, and Africa with a hard-sided rooftop tent on our van. From relentless UK rain to Sahara sandstorms, we learned what worked—and what failed. Ours was the factory-direct “Alibaba” tent popular across the internet which worked great for the first several months. But eventually it leaked on our kids, suffered broken hinges and seals and we were constantly making our own repairs. As we learned the concept so intimately, we decided to engineer our own product from the ground up.

The Nest is the only publicly available hard-sided roof tent, privately owned and operated in the USA, backed by a comprehensive U.S. warranty, domestic operations, and over a year of full-time field testing. No overseas gambling. No ghosted emails. Just a world-class, four-season tent backed by a team that actually lived in one for more than a year

i’ve been to plenty of festivals, but i’m still trying to find the words for what head trip felt like. 🥹

the space. the stage. the production. sound that completely engulfed you, even from the back. everywhere you looked, people dancing, singing, completely swept up in music that has been part of our lives for years.

saturday left us heartbroken. cutting the music right before the drop and missing calvin felt criminal. getting home in the rain was a whole ordeal too. then sunday somehow gave us a lineup i still can’t believe we experienced in one night. better weather, our people, and one unforgettable moment after another.

and then swedish house mafia played one of the most epic mashups ever, and i absolutely lost my fucking mind. it’s beautiful how some songs hold so much of our lives in them. those who know, know how much i love “i wanna dance with somebody” and how much “calling” means to our rave fam. hearing one go into the other was everything. farrice sniffed out the buildup from 30 miles away, of course.

but what gets me watching this back is all of us. the looks when we realized what was coming. the jumping. the absolute joy of getting to share that moment with each other.

just pure, overwhelming, holy-shit-i’m-so-happy-to-be-alive euphoria.

we’re older now. life looks different. there’s more to carry. and for that moment, all i could feel was joy. i wish i could bottle it up and let everyone feel it.

part of me wants head trip to happen again. another part understands the “you just had to be there” and wonders how you could ever recreate this exact feeling.

i’m just so grateful we were there. that we still get to find each other in a crowd, sing our hearts out, and make memories we’ll talk about for years.

maybe moments like this heal a little part of our inner child too. giving ourselves permission to jump, scream, dance, and feel joy without holding any of it back.

i hope we never decide we’re too old for that. go with your people. make the memory. let the younger you come out and play. whatever your version of this is, make room for it.

keep making room for the things that make you feel this alive. 💫

Yeah babyyy!
