Croissant bread & “butter” pudding. 🥐

You’re probably wondering why butter is in quotation marks, that would be because I’ve put 1.5kg of butter into this batch which when we tried it you could definitely tell it’s got butter in it 🧈

Served with in house custard & @saffronicecreamco vanilla ice cream 🍦

I grew up on bread & butter pudding so it takes me back to my childhood when my mum used to make it a lot with leftover bread 🍞
