Hi everyone,

Some of you have noticed that I’ve been absent from social media over the past few weeks. I used to be very open about how I was feeling and share a lot of my personal struggles, but lately, I’ve been struggling to navigate what I want to share and what I’d rather keep to myself.

Some of you know that I’ve always struggled with my mental health. It’s been one of the hardest challenges I’ve had to face throughout my life. I’ve been clinically depressed and have had an anxiety disorder for 9 years, and I’ve been medicated for 7. I go through phases of dealing with dark thoughts. Sometimes, they’re bearable, and other times, they’re all-consuming. Lately, I’ve been going through a particularly difficult episode that I just can’t seem to shake off.

I’ve lost interest in my hobbies. I barely have the energy to cook or clean my space. I’ve had to take time off work. And on top of all that, I’ve been questioning what I want out of being online and having a social media presence. I don’t know if I still connect with the idea of being an influencer or content creator. Which is crazy to me because, for years, it’s all I ever wanted.

I still have a lot of reflecting to do, but because I’ve built such an incredible community here, I felt that I owed it to those who care to explain how I’ve been feeling and where I’ve been.

I don’t want anyone to worry. I’m lucky to have a great support system that helps me navigate these harder times. I’m simply asking for time and grace as I try to make sense of how I feel about everything. For now, I’m taking things day by day, focusing on my health, and spending time with my loved ones offline.

But please know that I deeply care about this community and everything I’ve built here. I’m not quitting. I just need to find my why again and reconnect with the passion I once had.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. ❤️

They said I was too old for this. I chose to train anyway.( because I was lucky to find @kuldeep_freerunner who said yes I can make you flip !!)

Getting older doesn’t mean getting weaker—it means becoming stronger, more disciplined, and more determined. Every workout, every challenge, and every setback is proof that age is just a number.

I’m not training to look younger. I’m training to feel stronger, move better, and keep proving that I’m not done yet.

Save this for the day you need a reminder: your age does not define your strength.

Quando Rondo says he’s done going “tit for tat” with people, explaining that he’s no longer stressing over what others choose to do and would rather just move on.

He also told fans not to expect any turnt-up songs from him anytime soon, revealing that his upcoming music will focus on the pain he’s experienced in his life.

“I need a listening ear, not a nodding head,” Quando wrote.
