I've just gone over 100k words on Silver Tongued Devils book 2, and I'm now in the final stages of adding more specific content to the final quarter of the book. The plan is to finish a first draft by Christmas so I have roughly three months to finish it so that in the new year I can start work on something completely different.

The plan is not to hold anything back on this book so expect the unexpected. Best guess is the final word count might be 150-170k but it might go up a little from that or down a little from that once I've done edits and played around with it a bit. Even so these two books will be the longest ones I've ever written because there was not a Sword of Damocles hanging over my head where the publisher was concerned about the word count.
