Which one are you taking?

🇩🇪 Otter Small Ankermesser — Made in Solingen, Germany. African blackwood covers with a brass anchor inlay.

🇺🇸 Great Eastern Cutlery TC Barlow (2017) — American-made with Gabon ebony covers and steel TC bolsters.

Two traditional working knives from opposite sides of the Atlantic.

Kada već imaš toliku pažnju javnosti, zašto je ne iskoristiti da ženama pošalješ poruku da vrede, da mogu, da nisu zakasnile, da ih godine ne definišu i da njihova vrednost nikada nije bila samo u njihovom fizičkom izgledu?
Iskreno, dosta mi je poruka koje ženama nameću rok trajanja. Kao da posle određenih godina prestajemo da budemo zanimljive, poželjne, sposobne, uzbudljive ili vredne pažnje. To je bullshit.
Godine su podatak, a ne identitet. Fizički izgled je samo jedan deo nas, a ne mera naše vrednosti. Ono što nas zaista određuje jesu ličnost, inteligencija, karakter, radoznalost, energija, stav, iskustvo i način na koji nosimo sebe kroz život.
I zato mislim da bi žene trebalo da podržavaju žene, a ne da jedna drugoj sužavamo prostor, namećemo nesigurnosti i prodajemo ideju da postoji rok do kog moramo da budemo nešto da bismo vredеле.
Ne moramo sve da mislimo isto. Ali kada imamo glas koji dopire daleko, hajde da ga koristimo za nešto što žene osnažuje, a ne za nešto zbog čega će preispitivati sopstvenu vrednost.
A ako sumnjate u sopstveni fizički izgled, godine, sposobnosti ili bilo koji deo sebe, pustite ovo na repeat.
Ne dugujete nikome mladost. Ne dugujete nikome savršenstvo. I ne morate da se uklopite ni u čije tuđe predstave o tome šta žena treba da bude.
Vaš život. Vaša pravila. Vaša ličnost. Vaša moć.
