WWOOF is looking for videographers! 🎥🌱
Comment “CREATOR” and we’ll DM you everything you need to enter.
We’re inviting WWOOFers and hosts, wherever you are in the world, to help capture the story, spirit, and depth of “What is WWOOF?” as part of our first flagship YouTube video. If you’ve been involved in the WWOOF community and want to help show the world what WWOOF is all about, we want to hear from you.
Using a few simple interview questions we provide, sit down with your host or fellow WWOOFers (or with yourself, if you’re comfortable narrating your own experience) and capture honest, unscripted answers, along with a bit of footage from daily life on the farm. Interviews can be in any language.
We’ll select the strongest submissions to be professionally edited together into a single flagship explainer video for WWOOF’s YouTube channel.
🧀👑 The top 5 selected submissions receive $100 (or the equivalent in local currency) and are featured in the video, credited as contributors. 🌿 All submissions that meet our filming criteria receive a complimentary WWOOF membership renewal for a country of their choice.
Deadline: 8:00 PM PT, Wednesday, December 23, 2026

I wish I could volunteer with you and be a part of these wonderful moments. Unfortunately, my application was rejected, and I am unable to travel or take part in this experience due to the financial costs, as well as my medical condition—thalassemia—which requires me to undergo a blood transfusion every 14 days. I truly wish I could participate, just like any other person who loves agriculture and gardening, to learn new techniques, live alongside the team, and work together as one.
