“Urban Loft”, reimagines the typical open-plan layout as the residence achieves a grand sense of openness without sacrificing acoustic comfort or visual clarity. The primary level, featuring soaring 12-foot ceilings, is articulated around deep, framed architectural portals that create a continuous, light-filled sequence across the kitchen, dining, and living spaces while maintaining distinct functional identities.
“A dynamic balance of openness and structured privacy”,
Flexibility was central to the home’s layout. The main floor can be reconfigured across multiple arrangements, allowing rooms to shift seamlessly between dining, living, and gathering spaces as the family’s daily routine evolves.
The main living areas, family room, dining, and kitchen, are organized through a series of deep, framed openings that connect the spaces while giving each a distinct identity. This approach creates visual continuity across the floor while maintaining subtle separation, allowing the house to feel both expansive and controlled.
