Durante este programa tuve la oportunidad de conocer más sobre la Zona Azul de Nicoya, en Costa Rica, de la mano de Jorge Vindas, quien lleva años investigando sobre el tema. También tuve el honor de conocer a algunos de los centenarios, quienes generosamente compartieron con nosotros algunos de sus secretos para vivir más de 100 años: celebrar la vida, compartir tiempo con nuestros seres queridos y divertirnos. ✨ 🍂 🍃
During this program, I had the opportunity to learn about Costa Rica’s Blue Zone in Nicoya from Jorge Vindas, who has spent years researching the topic. I also had the honor of meeting some of the centenarians, who generously shared with us some of their secrets to live more than 100 years: celebrate life, spend time with your loved ones, and have fun!
