Siani Smith(23) Was Staying At Her Mother’s House With Her Daughter, Who She Shared With YP SlumBoy(Black Flags). The Two Were Reportedly In An On-And-Off Relationship At The Time, But Still Spoke & SlumBoy Saw His Daughter Whenever He Could.

According To Witness #1, A Man Who Had Known Siani For Approximately 2 Years, Siani Called Him That Morning & Asked Him To Come Over. Around 4:50AM, He Pulled Up To Her Moms Home, Where She Was Living At The Time, & The Two Sat In His White Cadillac.

After About 30 Minutes, A Car Speed Past Before Making A U turn, Pulling Up


A Man He Identified As SlumBoy Got Out Wearing A Black Hoodie & Balaclava Mask. The Man Allegedly Went To The Trunk To Retrieve A Black Book Bag Before Returning To The Vehicle.

When Witness #1 Asked If He Was Blocking The Driveway Or What The Problem Was, The Man Allegedly Responded, “Huh?” After The Witness Repeated His Question, The Man Allegedly Pulled A Black Handgun From The Bag, Reached Inside The Vehicle & Fired.

The Witness Claimed He Immediately Drove Away, Hearing Another Shot Strike The Driver’s Side Vent Window, Followed By 2 Or 3 More Shots. He Then Realized Siani Had Been Hit In Her Left Arm.

He Rushed Siani To Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, Where She Was Pronounced At Approximately 5:34AM.

Meanwhile, Siani’s Mother Had Been Awoken By What She Described As 5–6 Gunshots Outside. She Then Received Calls From SlumBoy, Who Allegedly Told Her That A Group Of Men Had Been Outside & Asked Her To Go Across The Street To Pick Up Shell Casings.

Siani’s Mother Went Outside But Did Not Find Any Casings. She Also Reportedly Saw A Man With A Flashlight Down The Street Before Returning Inside.

Phone Records Cited In The Affidavit Reportedly Showed Multiple Calls Between SlumBoy & Siani’s Mother That Morning. The First Was A Missed FaceTime At 5:23AM, Followed By An 8Second Call, Another Missed FaceTime & A 24Second FaceTime At 5:24AM

At 5:35AM, Approximately One Minute After Siani Was Pronounced, SlumBoy Allegedly Attempted To Contact Her Mother Again. Additional Calls Followed At 5:54AM, 6:05AM & 7:16AM.
