The down Friday down Monday has triggered today and the last few times it gave an accurate warning of what’s to come next. It all lines up with the midterms and there is a play no matter the outcome. I hope you’re paying attention.

Patty and Selma, the original chainsmokers

The funniest part about these comments is that some of my clients probably would’ve said the exact same thing before working with me. 😂

Now they laugh. Because they GET IT.

What baffles me is how many women spend YEARS repeating the same shit.

Dieting for a holiday. Restricting for a birthday. Getting in shape for an event.

Only to put the weight back on and start the whole fucking thing again.

When what they really want is to wake up EVERY DAY feeling incredible in their own skin.

And here’s something I’m absolutely hell-bent on proving.

I don’t give a flying f how old you are.

Most of the women I coach are 40 or over. The majority have kids. They have jobs, busy lives and responsibilities.

And they’re STILL getting into incredible shape.

So stop convincing yourself that being older, having kids or being busy means feeling sexy and confident isn’t for you anymore.

Because let’s be fucking real.

Who DOESN’T want to look in the mirror and think, FUCK YES, I look good?!

Not for your husband. Not for anyone else’s approval.

FOR YOU.😮‍💨

And I don’t believe anyone wants to stop feeling like that.

I’m 40, and I certainly fucking don’t.

I want to feel incredible in my skin AND enjoy my life. That’s what I’m showing you is possible, and what I teach my clients to do.

So if you’re done wondering what YOU could achieve and want to find out…

LET’S FUCKING GO. 🔥

I’ve got 1 space left for 1:1 coaching.

DM me ‘HOT’ and let’s have a chat babe ❤️

Who would have thought that by walking under two bridges and following the riverbank, I would soon find myself at the very top of a beautiful waterfall!!! 🏞
Afterward, I headed to the shop that sells the delicious "Kebis" cookies—made right here in the region—where, in addition to a cookie tasting, we took part in a fantastic activity focused on sustainability and nature conservation!!! 🍪🏡🌳
Here’s to more days like this!!! ❤️

Real Madrid are now back in the title race. They must beat Racing to show they have the consistency needed to compete for trophies.
