Longmont just broke ground on the 1st & Main Transit Station 🚍 and it's been more than 20 years in the making.

Our office sits right on Main Street, a short walk from the site, so this one feels personal. Here's what's coming to lower downtown:

🚌 A 5-story transit hub with 10 bus bays
🚗 About 700 parking spaces
🚲 Secure bike storage + links to walking and biking routes
🛤️ Built to support future Bus Rapid Transit to Boulder along CO 119 and long-term Front Range Passenger Rail

It's part of a bigger plan that includes the Coffman Street extension, new housing and commercial space, and a planned Front Range Community College campus. Target completion: end of 2027.

What could it mean for you?
✔️ Commuters: easier connections across the Front Range
✔️ Buyers: more walkable, transit-friendly options downtown
✔️ Homeowners: major investment nearby worth watching
✔️ Investors: growing activity in lower downtown

Every property is different and no single project guarantees values, but infrastructure like this is part of where Longmont is headed. 🏡

Curious how downtown growth could affect your home? DM me or call 303-995-4063 for a no-pressure conversation. Full breakdown on the blog, link in bio.
