OUR ENDORSEMENTS ARE...
FOR MS-1, U.S. HOUSE: Cliff Johnson, the Director of the MacArthur Center for Justice & Clinical Professor of Law at the University of Mississippi School of Law
FOR U.S. SENATE, Junior Seat: Scott Colom, the District Attorney for Mississippi’s 16th Judicial District, covering Clay, Lowndes, Noxubee, and Oktibbeha Counties
Alongside these endorsements, we’re also in need of your help, for canvassing and phonebanking!
Each Sunday until Election Day, we’re canvassing for Cliff and Scott around Oxford, and we need volunteers! If you’d like to help, meet us each Sunday at 11AM in the 2nd floor of the Student Union (the area with all the chairs and the big windows).
We’re phonebanking for Cliff and Scott, as well as (as chosen by you) JAMES TALARICO on Election Day! Swing by in between classes on November 3rd from 10AM to 5PM in Student Union 325 and call voters around Mississippi and Texas to get out the vote!
No experience is required to canvass or phonebank — we can teach you what you need to know.
