Starting April 2025, A parade of chaos and crises marched me right up to experiencing the biggest loss of my life.
And then, as if this beyond monumental and life changing loss wasn’t enough, the chaos, crises, and deaths kept coming.
Amidst the chaos, crises, deaths, and due to my responsibilities, I’ve had to suppress much of the pain, keep pushing, and show up. My pushing appears as bubbly, energetic, and highly functional.
But deep inside, I have been resisting a pain deeper and larger than any I’ve known to date. I imagine on the outside looking in, I look happy and unbothered—I’ve been blessed with some moments of joy that distract from the abysmal pain—but inside, I want to crawl out of my skin.
I have also been a bit delusional in this grieving process, eluding the acceptance phase for as long as I could. But I can’t anymore, and thanks to some other things in my life finally calming down, I have to allow the grief and trauma from the passing of my love, and the pain and trauma of all surrounding crises I’ve been living through to come up and move through.
I don’t know what that will look like or how it will come out… But I reckon I have to trust the process… Bear with me, please. Love y’all ❤️🙏🏼

been through SOOO much in my lifetime.
I got a mainy sad story too.
However i push through shit.
I don’t stay down forever. I don’t fold, i dnt roll ova…Yahemi.
Every day is a new day to live this mf life to the FULLEST. With dealing with trauma n grief i know TOMORROW is NOT promised.
They say Leap and the net will appear.
