What a gorgeous holiday with my boys, Steve and his family in Fiji! Our first trip away together, spent relaxing by the pool, fishing, island hopping and eating like kings!

It’s OCD Awareness Week and so I am shedding light on one of the most stigmatised types of OCD. 💙

Since posting about POCD for the first time on the weekend, I’ve been blown away by the love and support and understanding I’ve been shown. Even from those who hadn’t heard of it before, they just wanted to learn more! I was terrified of speaking out about it for literally no reason. And speaking out about it landed me a role at @insideintrusive as a team member! I’ll be hosting my first support group focused on POCD on Tuesday 20th October at 6.30pm with @mollycblambert and @helencawleytherapy. Support groups are £7.50 each and are an hour of psychoeducation and peer support.
