5k new friends this week?! Get to know me in 5-4-3-2-1!

(1) Hiiii! I’m Kellie Hall Sbrocchi (sa-BROCK-key 😉)! I’m 34, a Naval Academy grad (’14), & an active-duty Naval Officer in Chicago. I love iced coffee, espresso martinis, sushi, & anything BOLD. At home? Baggy sweats watching Friends. Out? Full glam, heels, & probably an event I convinced my girlfriends to attend.

(2) My Buckeye husband Austin & our fur family are my world. I’m fiercely independent, but marriage taught me the beauty of having someone who supports every version of you. He’s cheered me on through military moves, career milestones, & all my crazy ideas while building his own career. He’s my rock!

(3) I’ve quite literally been in the Navy my entire life. Born in a Naval hospital, entered the Naval Academy at 17, & now 12 years into my career as Navy HR Officer. The Navy has shaped who I am, but it’s not ALL that I am.

(4) I’m also a creator, motivational speaker, host of @doboth.podcast, former pageant girl, & model! I’ve competed in 5 Miss USA state pageants, signed with a modeling agency, & spoken on stages across the country. I refuse to believe there’s ONE way to look, act, or lead.

(5) that brings me to #DOBOTH! What started as a mission to show women can wear lipstick AND lead in uniform has become so much bigger. From finding strength on a pageant stage to navigating our IVF journey, #DoBoth has evolved with me. It’s about embracing your individuality, pursuing your passions, & refusing to make your dreams smaller for someone else’s expectations. Because you can be ambitious & fulfilled. Strong & soft. A leader & completely yourself.
