Another week in the life of a small business owner & creative 🤍
Diese Woche kam mein neues Lieblingsgadget an, die 2 Tote bags kamen endlich in den Onlineshop, mein erstes Strickprojekt aus Copenhagen ist auch fast fertig und für die kältere Session werden neue fuzzy Mellow Schals gehäkelt. Außerdem hab ich mich erneut an einem neuen Taschenmodell versucht und natürlich gab’s den ganz normalen Arbeitsalltag mit Katzen. Beendet wurde die Woche dann noch ganz romantisch☺️💍

Empat terpidana zina masing-masing menjalani hukuman 100 kali cambuk di Taman Bustanussalatin, Banda Aceh, Aceh, Kamis (15/10). Kasubsi Penuntutan, Eksekusi, dan Eksaminasi Kejari Banda Aceh, Zoel Fadhlan, menjelaskan empat terpidana zina tersebut dijatuhi hukuman berdasarkan Pasal 33 ayat (1) dan ayat (2) Qanun Aceh Nomor 12 Tahun 2025 tentang Perubahan atas Qanun Aceh Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Hukum Jinayat.

“Empat terpidana menjalani uqubat cambuk masing-masing 100 kali dalam perkara jarimah zina,” ujar Zoel Fadhlan. Selain mereka, empat orang lainnya juga terseret perkara pelanggaran hukum jinayat, dengan rincian tiga terpidana ikhtilath dan satu terpidana maisir (judi online).

Eksekusi tersebut dilakukan jaksa eksekutor Kejaksaan Negeri Banda Aceh berdasarkan putusan Mahkamah Syar'iyah Kota Banda Aceh yang telah berkekuatan hukum tetap atau inkrah. Zoel menyampaikan bahwa empat putusan perkara jarimah zina dijatuhkan pada 21 September 2026. Masing-masing terpidana dijatuhi hukuman 100 kali cambuk berdasarkan Pasal 33 ayat (1) dan ayat (2) Qanun Aceh Nomor 12 Tahun 2025 tentang Perubahan atas Qanun Aceh Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Hukum Jinayat.
