Matt Warne

🥉 3rd overall at the @worcestertriathlonclub Bishampton Duathlon today. Proper battle with Jonathan Floyd and @jack__pontin for the podium, with @tom_keeps_tri_ing leading from run one and finishing strong 💪

Definitely getting stronger and faster thanks to Phil Nicholls’ expert guidance @ambition_running_1 - and this one was won in the head. Thanks @newsummitcoaching for keeping me strong when it hurts.

Next stop: Abu Dhabi for the @worldtriathlon_agegroup World Championships 🌍
