You can kill enemies even if you are level one on lanes. Some heroes are naturally stronger early and others are very weak.

Hi. I am low mmr around 1k. When i play offlane if enemy hard support is not playing according to their role like pulling jungle creeps etc. If i have the dominance of the lane i intentionally not kill their hard support. If i continuesly kill enemy h.support this lets their carry level up faster. Idk if its a good tactic. Just sharing and maybe you can let me know if my thinking is right or not
