So so so lucky to be some of the first people to see the shuttle stack!!!!! It’s even more amazing and awe inspiring than you can imagine. Photos DO NOT do it justice!!! It’s so beautiful what we can do when we work together for the common good! Endeavor, welcome home!!!!!!

I hope everyone gets a chance to see this amazing new exhibit. Brings tears to my eyes remembering how proud we were as the shuttle was being pulled through the streets of LA thousands and thousands of us all cheering her on. When we all work together anything is possible! ❤️

Your Friday Sweet Lunch in 🇦🇹 Topfenpalatschinken I know it’s a crime without raisins (rum-soaked!) .. but we were out 🤷‍♀️ Recipe Palatschinken: 250g flour Start with 0.5l milk and add more as needed 3 eggs Pinch of salt Lots of butter for the pan Recipe filling: Mix 50g soft butter with 30g powdered sugar and grated lemon peel. Add some vanilla, 3 eggs, 125g sour cream, 250g Topfen (or a substitute - see below) and additional 40g sugar. 40g @stroh_austria rum soaked raisins Butter a dish. Fill Palatschinken as shown by folding in the sides so the filling stays in. Arrange in dish overlapping - you can cut the Palatschinken in half so the open end shows on top. Bake at 360F / 180C for 15 mins. Pour additional mixture over the Palatschinken. If you have filling left, add a little milk or heavy cream to make it more runny and use this to pour over Palatschinken mid-bake - no waste! If you used all your filling, mix 140g milk, 2 eggs, 40g sugar, 3 Tbsp sour cream for that pour. Bake for another 15-20 mins or longer depending on the size of your dish. Dust with powdered sugar. Topfen: If you can’t find Topfen or Quark (note: Quark is more creamy / less firm than Topfen), make your own substitute with 1l milk and 1l buttermilk. I posted a reel a while ago. You can also use Farmers Cheese or Ricotta as substitute. These are however grainy. Topfen is not. Push your grainy substitute through a sieve to get a smooth texture.
