How many of you savages hit padless barbell hip thrusts like @bigjaythesaiyan ? I know some men who can tolerate this but I’ve never met any women who can as their hip anatomy seems to prevent that (at least when you get super strong). In fact, most women have to use the “push and roll forward” technique even when they have bar padding.
