Providing Fun Cooking Class Experiences

A fun weekend of making dim sum dumplings. I went seasonal this month with pumpkin roasted and miso and soy it was delicious but also we still have the classic pork delicious always a winner.

Different fillings, different folds and pleats, different ways of cooking them. All of it was about having a good time, learning something new and eating some delicious new food. Laughter and chatter as we went along.
