Andrew has been part of New Zealand’s coffee industry for over 20 years. He began his career as the first employee at Streetwise Coffee’s inaugural site in 2004, before becoming its first franchisee in 2006. Since then, he has worked with respected coffee companies including Altura, Hawthorne and Ebony Coffee, building extensive experience across coffee, barista training and café support.

Andrew has also been involved with the New Zealand Coffee Championships for many years, first as a competitor and later as a judge. He currently serves on the New Zealand Specialty Coffee Association (NZSCA) board and is the Events Portfolio Chair and is passionate about supporting baristas, cafés and the wider New Zealand coffee industry.

Today, Andrew is the owner of Mouthwater Coffee Company, where he continues to share his passion for people and using great coffee as a vessel to bring people together and building a stronger coffee community.
