I ate TOO MANY APPLES 🍎🍏

Was a short but successful trip to NYC.

Hanging with the @zetaglobal crew was a blast and really enjoyed my talk on stage with @david_a_steinberg at Zeta Live. Talked about resilience, reinvention and life lessons… and had some good humor along the way. Thank you for having me! 🙏🏻

hoco w the best!❤️🤍

These are the hills I will die on, and every one of them came from my own labs and the women I work with every week.

I was told my labs were normal. I was told to cut carbs. I was told we’d just watch it. None of that was a plan.

So I stopped waiting and figured it out myself. My fasting insulin went from 13 to 6, and seven years later my labs are still normal with no medication. I still eat sourdough, pasta, and potatoes every single day.

If you’ve been told you’re fine and you know you’re not, the last slide is for you.

Comment CLASS and I’ll send you the link to my live masterclass.
