Happy couldn’t even describe the overwhelming emotions I have. This prep has been so personal and filled with adversity at every turn. From a divorce, to totaling a car, to getting revived by paramedics in my house. But this one was personal. It’s been a trip. But throughout it all, I never once gave up on my pursuit. I never missed a meal, step, workout… nothing. Every box checked everyday from the minute I stepped off stage last year.

I can’t thank @_super_cody not just for the coaching, but for the unconditional love and belief he instilled everyday. No matter how lonely or tough things got, he was always there to remind me, he’s right there. I get emotional about it because I’ve never had someone show up for me at every single fucking turn. I love you so much dude.

Huge shoutout to @lil_swole2 for the fun conversations, constant conversations, and push to bring that walnut butt on stage. I love you.

Lastly, thank you @sidrai92 for grilling and roasting me like a kabob on posing. Always having my best interest at heart. Your friendship and support these last 3 years has been invaluable.

This is my inner circle. My team. My family. The only opinions I let hold value. I’d die for each of you everyday.

Psalm 37:5
“Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.”

Let’s do it again in 2 weeks.

Peace out, Huntsville.
