One epic day at @lakejanisfarm 🔥
I’ve had the absolute pleasure of working with the amazing Julia and Dean for over three years now, and their incredible grass-fed Jersey beef has been a staple on my menus ever since!
And for bloody good reason! Their cattle are raised with genuine care and passion, producing some of the most unique flavour-packed, beautiful beef I’ve ever had the pleasure of cooking with. Seriously, it’s next level!
And did I mention the organic potatoes?! OH MY!!
Anyone who knows me knows I’m a bit of a potato connoisseur, and bloody hell, Julia and Dean’s spuds are something else! Hands down some of the best potatoes I’ve ever eaten!
There’s something VERY exciting happening on the farm with our GH team and the Lake Janis legends, and I can’t wait to share it with you all!
